Ingredients
- Celery and sage cordial
- Lime juice — Native to Southeast Asia, the lime conquered the Caribbean and Mexico before becoming a bar essential. A zesty, tropical, almost floral perfume.
- Gin — Born in the Netherlands as genever and adopted by England in the 18th century: a grain spirit redistilled with juniper, coriander, citrus and angelica. Piney, floral and citrus notes that bridge the bitter and the sweet.
