• Passion fruit purée — The pulp of the passion fruit, native to South America. A tropical tang and an intense perfume.
• Lingonberry juice
• White wine — A dry white wine. In Burgundy, the Kir is traditionally made with aligoté. Freshness, fruit and a light acidity.
